Due to the high volume of orders and COVID-19, Please allow approximately 2 - 3 business days for your order to process. All orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our processing stage is very thorough. Please check our FAQ page to read about the processing stage in detail.
Once an order is placed, you can track your order on our "Track Your Order" Page. Once the processing is complete, Shipping and Delivery usually takes about 4 - 6 Business days. All items are sent USPS first class. You will receive your tracking number via email once the order has been processed and sent to the USPS office.
Unfortunately, we are not held responsible for any delays of order updates and delivery dates once the USPS office has your package.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. We are also not responsible for delivery issues with the shipping carrier, such as items stating they have been delivered but have not arrived.
